Paul E. Phillips, 66, of Muncy, traveled to his heavenly mansion Tuesday, December 9, 2025. Born April 15, 1959, in Bloomsburg, he was a son of the late Franklin J. Sr. and Hilda Viola (Reese) Phillips. He was a 1977 graduate of Warrior Run High School. He attended Radiant Life Assembly of God Church. Paul enjoyed hunting, making others laugh with unending jokes, Super Bowl parties, the New York Jets and Penn State football. Most of all spending time with his family.
