Keith D. Witmer, 69, of Watsontown, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday, August 18, 2025 at his home. Born November 14, 1955 in Williamsport, he was the son of the late Dick A. and Helga “Candy” (Weisheit) Witmer. On June 24, 1989, he married the former Patti S. Criswell, and together they celebrated 36 years of marriage. Keith was a 1973 graduate of Warrior Run High School, and a 1977 graduate of Bloomsburg University majoring in accounting.
