Robert W. Fryer

Robert W. Fryer, 81, of Jersey Shore, passed away peacefully Monday, August 11, 2025. He is reunited with his wife of 13 years, Sherry K. (Cohick) Fryer, who passed away earlier this year. Born January 16, 1944 in Jersey Shore, he was a son of the late Fred and Ruby (Miller) Fryer. Robert served his country proudly in the US Army National Guard for 20 years. After his military service, he worked as a butcher for Thompson’s Packing Company until his retirement. He enjoyed reading the daily newspaper and war history books. Milan Ostojic, 84, of Hughesville, died Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at his home. He was preceded in death by his wife Marija January 8, 2005. Born September 10, 1940, in Dvor, Croatia, he was a son of the late Vasilj and Djuka Ostojic. Surviving is son, Darko and wife Nada Ostojic of Hughesville, and a granddaughter, Maja Ostojic.
