I am responding to a letter in today's edition, Oct. 5. The writer states that Trump tried to steal the election in 2016 by conspiring with Russia. I think the gentleman should stop watching main street Media such as ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and MSNBC. It has been proven that it was Hilary Clinton who conspired with Russia to smear Trump. She bought the Steele dossier for $9 million it and was all fake, but the FBI used it to spy on the Trump campaign and even into his presidency. Four Fisa warrants were obtained by the FBI using this false dossier knowing it was false to obtain the warrants. I believe the Senate and DOJ have been investigating this for months and know most of the truth now. Expect indictments.
Unfortunately the main street media does not report what is going on because I believe they are being paid very well to keep it out of the news. Even the papers don't report it. If the paper is owned by Democrats, don't expect truth in journalism.
The separating children from parents -- this started with the Obama era. And the rest of what he wrote is just wrong. How did Trump incite violence when all the violence is mostly in democratic cities controlled by the mayors and governors and if the rioters doing the violence are arrested, the mayors and governors let them without bail. When Portland finally enabled the State Police to arrest under federal law, the rioters slowed down because that meant jail and time. So if you feel Trump is that bad, vote Biden - within two years of the election he will be gone, the Democrats will control him from day one and then we will become a socialist or globalist country, in my opinion.
