I believe fixing school tax is pretty simple. I wouldn't mind paying real estate taxes for the "Three Rs."
So, anything like building Olympic/NFL-class stadiums, pools, etc., paying thousands a year for part-time coaches for every sport known to mankind, etc., I don't believe was the original intention for forcing seniors to choose between prescription drugs, heating oil or keeping their homes. So taxes should only apply to the Three Rs. No need for 10 to 50 administrators to oversee a few reading, writing and 'rithmatic teachers.
