"During my time on City Council, we've begun to address several concerns central to the governance of the city." Ok, 12 years in your city council seat and you are still addressing concerns! Maybe, it's time for City Council to see some new members with new ideas. Every meeting lately it shows mayor not in attendance. Why not?
Also, City Council voted 7-0 to approve a $628,000-plus contract with Daktronics to install a video scoreboard at Bowman Field. Residents would benefit by having some sort of allotment or help with finding affordable housing versus a darn scoreboard!
