Dunkin Donuts is using East Third Street as their parking lot. Loyalsock Township should let all other places on the Golden Strip do likewise, thereby tripling the availability of commercial building acreage. Use the existing parking lots for development and let shoppers park on Third Street next to and across from Dunking Donuts.
Wonder how many free donuts are donated to the police who are supposed to keep traffic moving.
