To all you morons -- recycling means putting your trash in the bins, not behind the bins. Where are you going to put your trash if and when they do away with the bins? I hope it doesn't come down to that because it is a big plus for people who use the bins properly.
Maybe you should rearrange your schedule from once a month to once a week or two so then you wouldn't have so much but then if you're a moron you don't care. You just make it bad for the people who do care.
Come on, you morons. I know times are tough but don't make it tougher for recycling.
