When states are criminals

2 min read

Now that Roe has been reversed, Democratic states are taking aggressive action not only to legalize abortion, but to legalize it up through nine months even unto birth. Of course nine-month abortion was never a part of Casey or even Roe.

Once a fetus is viable, we believe the genetic event of his or her conception -- and it is a he or a she -- is indubitably a unique living human being. Thus criminal law has long afforded for a double charge of homicide when a woman in an advanced state of pregnancy is murdered. Therefore, when these liberal states allow late-term abortions post-Roe, we expect that criminal charges will be brought against the liberal states themselves as co-conspirators with their abortion clinics for running murder-by-state operations.

Of course, this criminal apprehension of the states will require a change of leadership in the federal government in order to to convert the Attorney General's office from liberal to law-abiding, and from scofflaw to law-enforcing. The basis for this federalization of murder-by-abortion will be the 14th Amendment's equal protection clause which, in our opinion, protects the viable unborn because they're constitutionally fully protected living citizens. And if that procedure sounds impossible in Washington, the "impossibility" of reversing Roe has just been proven to be in fact quite possible in Washington. And so reversing the Biden presidency shouldn't be too hard in 2024 either. And it won't take as long as Roe did to terminate the Biden presidency which already is an abortion.
