To begin my letter, I'm 84 years old. I like to walk, and recently walked up Fourth Street to Family Dollar. If I wasn't an able person, I would've fallen 40 or 50 times. The sidewalks are horrible! Where is the Codes Department? Why don't the homeowners do something about it? Nobody cares, right? Well, when someone falls they both will care!
