She has successfully returned over $2.9 million in unclaimed property to Lycoming County while managing Pennsylvania’s impressive $160 billion in assets. In May 2023, Stacy led a coalition of 32 financial officers from 26 states in addressing concerns to President Biden and the Federal Housing Finance Agency regarding a proposed rule that would raise costs for homebuyers with good credit, leading to increased monthly mortgage payments.

In September 2021, she collaborated with 23 state financial officers to urge President Biden and Secretary Yellen to dismiss a plan that would mandate banks and credit unions to report transactions over $600 to the IRS, raising significant privacy concerns. Stacy’s commitment to public safety is reflected in her endorsements from respected law enforcement groups, including the State Troopers Association and the Fraternal Order of Police.
