Amongst the pardons that were surprisingly missing from the final minutes of Biden's presidential life, there's the non-pardon of the world famous gerontologist, Dr. Jill. Given the obvious malpractice she permitted and performed on the enfeebled elderly patient in her care, that's surprising. And equally legally surprising is that non-pardon coming from Biden, an attorney, since it might be malpractice on Joe's part. That assumes, of course, he was sufficiently mentally present to be legally responsible. And so perhaps Jill will end up suing Joe if Trump's new DOJ, Pam Bondi, goes after Jill's illegal share of the Biden crime family graft – that pot of millions received undercover from China, Russia, Ukraine and unknown others.
