It is the Supreme Court of the United States, not the President of the United States which determines the meaning of the Constitution and the law for EVERYONE, including the President and the Executive Branch. On Tuesday, May 27, 2025,
U. S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order stating that only the "President and the Attorney General shall provide authoritative interpretations of the law for the executive branch."
If the Supreme Court and we the people allow this executive order to become the law of the land, our country's democracy will be dead on the 250th year of its birth. At that point, the United States of America will become a dictatorship. Will we, by our silence, be accomplices to that tragic betrayal?
