Opinions undermining liberty

2 min read

To clarify one point of my letter in the May 14 Sun-Gazette: the judiciary only renders opinions, if opinions usurp Constitutional power of either of the other two branches, or protections of the people; those must be ignored!

The belief the Supreme Court of the United States and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania are the arbiters of constitutionality is ludicrous. This is NOT what our Founders spilled blood to birth! Each branch has its' defined powers; nothing more; nothing less!

Madison v Marbury 1803 has been bastardized (Chief Justice, Marshall – the court has no power of enforcement ~ only opinion) by the anti-American, pro-commie laden academia elites, (liberals and progressives) who twist Truth, by ignoring America's Godly Christian Heritage, (via the American Liberal Union born, July 4, 1876) beginning to control academia (early 1900's). Leading to the

Court stripping the moral fabric out of our education system, in '62 & '63; which absolutely should have been ignored by every God-fearing Patriot with our pastors leading the way!

"The opinion which gives to the judges the right to decide what laws are constitutional and what not, not only for themselves in their own sphere of action but for the legislature and executive also in their spheres, would make the judiciary a despotic branch." – *¡

"The Constitution on this hypothesis, is a mere thing of wax in the hands of the Judiciary which they may twist and shape into any form they please." – *¡¡

"To consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions [is] a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy…. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal." – Thomas Jefferson* ¡¡¡

3 separate quotes from letters to: Abigail Adams ¡; Judge Spencer Roane ¡¡; William Charles Jarvis ¡¡¡ The American Story – Building the Republic – (Dave Barton Tim Barton) 2024 pg142.

A nation built upon The Word of God, MUST continue in His Ways to be Blessed.

Giving ear to the argument of the foolish will destroy the security of the Righteous.
