Take a rest

You start a campfire and add more wood to keep the fire blazing well.

Those continuously composing the anti-Trump and political hate in general are keeping this fire ablaze. Hate speech, like cancer, will metastasize and continue to grow.

It’s time to stop adding fuel to the fire of hate. How about a 60-day moratorium on anti-Trump/hate writing? Back off and stop it. Possibly, you could find something positive to write about. It seems to me that you, the negative writers, must endlessly think about what to write to fuel the fire. Your life must be terribly lonely and depressing.

No matter how much you write about the current administration, you’re not going to change anything. You’ve got 3 more years to live with it, so get over it.

According to www.verywellmind.com, if these points relate to you, you may need to seek psychological counseling.

Obsessing over someone (President Trump) means you are constantly preoccupied with thoughts about that person.

So much so that you have room for little else in your mind, and you may find yourself constantly thinking about what they’re doing, replaying past interactions, or imagining future scenarios with them. Your relationships with friends, family, and colleagues can suffer due to your obsession. You might find yourself either withdrawing from these relationships or talking about your obsession incessantly, which can strain these connections.

Take a 60-day break and take a rest. You obviously do need it!
