Uninvolved church causes misery

I usually agree with Cal Thomas, his oped of July 15 is an exception. This is the mindset which allows the anti-Christian mob to increase their influence in society, and the churches.

It’s not the role of government, or anyone, outside of any organization, to determine their main mission, and what is said there. (Unless fomenting violence against citizens/nation) – THE #1 issue for people fleeing theocratic Europe. (Religion/speech rights are two sides of the same coin).

Pastors must ensure their flocks are informed about current issues. Exposing unGodly (unConstitutional) actions by all public servants. This requires having a thorough knowledge of The Bible, and Its’ proper application, in every circumstance, for the general welfare of the nation.

A working knowledge of American history, and, the influence of Christianity in world history, especially America, is helpful to know, the role of the church in America.

The Constitution is a God-honoring document, to incorporate, The Key of David; [(Revelation 3:7-13 Psalm 89 ~ as per Mike Freezer) into governance. Which brings Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. Leading to Peace, Prosperity, and Strength.

It doesn’t force Christianity, but allows for freedom of conscience, and speech (among other rights), which come from God! Separating religion from politics is impossible. Politics reveal your heart.

How foolish, irresponsible, and irreverent it is for churches to not be immersed in politics! This is the battlefield for ideas to be fought, without bloodshed, for the cause of The Gospel, to be shared without restriction, in all public spaces!

Our society has been hoodwinked into accepting, the separation of church and state

mentality, which is deep rooted ignorance of the requirements for: *”…only a moral and religious people”; are capable of understanding, and adhering to the Constitutional framework of our God-given republic. *”…wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”*
