Regarding the Oct. 21 letter to editor titled “A version of recycling” –I’m surprised that you would print such garbage.

During the invasion of our southern border in the Biden administration, Florida and Texas needed help dealing with illegal immigrants, so they sent some of them to sanctuary sites who felt that Florida and Texas should have to deal with it all. Now, Florida and Texas are helping to process these illegals and criminals for deportation, and kudos to them for it.

We have to make life safer. The writer’s evaluation of this is typical left-wing lack of common sense, which is what lost the 2024 presidential election, besides having terrible candidates running against Trump. Also, ICE agents are not thugs. They’re federal agents enforcing laws which have been ignored for way too long.
