Astounding
The Nutcracker show which was performed on December 6th and 7th by the students of Saint John’s School of the Arts 1157 Market Street, Williamsport at the Journey Bank Community Arts Center was breathtaking. What a beautiful reminder of the holiday season that is front and center in our thoughts. I would be delinquent if I didn’t express a tremendous “HATS OFF” to the youth of Lycoming County and North Central Pa and Theresa Kendall, Artistic Director and her staff who also worked tirelessly to have such a spectacular performances of the Nutcracker.
On behalf of the Board of Directors I would like to express an enormous thank you to many individuals who played an important role in helping to have the 2025 Nutcracker be an enjoyable time and a long lasting memory: Dr. William Ciabattari, Chair of the Music Department, Lycoming College, Pennsylvania College of Technology, Megan Cartwright WCCO Youth Choir Director, Todd Kendall, Director of Saint John’s School of the Arts, Parents for their many hours watching their son or daughter preparing for the Nutcracker and all the Sponsors.
The Students of Saint John’s School of the Arts continue to demonstrate that the area is alive and well in Music and Arts as well as do many other Music and Arts organizations that have showcased their talent and that Lycoming County is deeply rich in Music and Arts.
