Have you noticed every action the Trump Administration has taken when it comes to illegal immigration, the Democratic/Socialist Party has nothing but contempt for them. This is the same people who once said instead of having people learn English, you might want your children to learn Spanish. Then deported over a million illegal immigrants. No problem, as far as the media was concerned. But now, it’s big news, because it’s the Trump Administration. Is the citizenry that naive to believe everything the Democratic/Socialist Party controlled media prints? Do you really believe the majority of Americans believe ICE is the Gestapo? That the immigration laws are illegal? That states and cities have the right to protect rapists, murderers and robbers?

How did we get here? I blame the founding fathers. They limited the terms a president could serve but not the legislature. With all the vision they had, they forgot that those farmers and businessmen didn’t want to be gone from their business and farms for any length of time. so they didn’t limit their terms. Hence we have professional politicians who are not qualified for their position. They learn it on the job. They soon find out how to use their job to make them rich and become representatives of corporations and industries, not the people or the Republic. Just to add insult to injury, the citizenry keeps sending their man back to the government. Congress will never vote for term limits. That job is up to the voter. Vote for your man, but only for 2 terms in the Senate and 3 terms in the House. (I’m dreaming here.) Anyone can run for office. They need to be a citizen, meet the age requirement and that’s it. We need one more thing: a written test on the Constitution. That should also include Supreme Court Justices and federal and district judges,

Let’s face it, we do not have a two party system. We have a Republican Party that has morphed a little, but still works for the people. We have a rag tag Democratic Party with their original charter, but few followers. It is not your parents or grandparents party it has morphed into a Socialist/Communist party, similar to many third world countries.

So, here we are. We are at the edge of the cliff and when the mid terms come around we will either be pushed over the cliff into the land of Socialist/Communist utopia, or be saved and continue to bring the Republic back to its original purpose a government of the people, for the people and by the people.
