Kings

Today is March 29th and I celebrate Vietnam Veterans Memorial Day along with King’s Day. Yesterday, March 28th, across our great country, demonstrations labeled “No Kings” were held. No Kings otherwise described as a symptom of Trump Derangement Syndrome, a serious defect suffered by liberal Democrats, with unfortunately no obvious cure, other than, perhaps, common sense. I for one though, would be quite satisfied with a king rather than the do-nothing members of Congress, both Democrat and Republican, especially those of Democratic persuasion.

President Trump, who I agree, is obnoxious, unforgiving, and nasty, but does more for the good of this country than any Democratic president ever, except perhaps, for John F. Kennedy. The liberal Democrats insist that our country is in trouble because of the Trump administration, but surely that claim is untrue. The real issue for this country and its demise and fall from glory will be when the curse of Democratic rule once again occurs. Remember abortion for birth control, government approved gender dysphoria and confusion, boys/men in girl’s/women’s sports, critical race theory, otherwise known as a white shaming exercise, and other off-the-wall ideas that denigrate every common-sense belief and practice. I, for one, am not ready to fall into that scenario again after 12 years of nonsense and confusion, with one sensible administration in between, which reigned under three Democratic administrations. Remember the Obama years? Then, along came Biden, and the floor fell out and this country descended into becoming the laughing stock of the world. There were others before like Carter, a very nice man, but one of the worst of the bunch, that is until Biden came along. So, beware of what you may wish for. Whether you like or dislike the current administration, if Democrats take over, we shall once again sink into an oblivion that we may not be able to ever overcome. That is scarier than anything I can think of.

Back to No Kings; I do however have a King which I hold dear to heart. He is not of this earthly realm and is known as the King of Kings in most circles. This King holds reign over all who occupy this small blue marble called Earth and deserves to be treated with the admiration due a true King. This King is known to be brought up in many ways, some acceptable and others not. Jesus Christ, suffered and died for all of mankind and the sinful tendencies inherent in human nature. This is who we should celebrate on a daily basis instead of making foolish attempts to label one person as king. Make every day King’s Day!
