We have 4 bills being moved in the PA House. HB 1902, 1903, 1904, 1905; designed to allow courts to quash Truth, Justice and Liberty. These 4, “hate crimes” bills will open the doors to frivolous lawsuits and lawfare (by Constitutional standards).

They will further move penalties for tangible crimes into the intangible realm. Individuals will be able to claim, someone’s open expressions of conscience, or facts, pose a threat, or are intimidating to their psyche; will allow to sue, possibly as a reason for the complaintant’s criminal actions.

HB 1902 – Expands civil liability for alleged “hate-based” conduct, potentially allowing individuals to file lawsuits based on perceived motivation rather than clear criminal behavior.

HB 1903 – allows authorities to act on subjective or loosely defined claims of “intimidation” lowering the threshold for legal scrutiny.

HB 1904 – requires courts to consider “bias motivation” in sentencing and mandates additional training or educational requirements tied to “hate” convictions.

HB1905 – Enhances criminal penalties when an offense is deemed to be motivated by bias, relying in part on perceived intent.

In other words: if a crime is committed, or someone’s psyche is bothered by another’s speech; it’s open season on pretending to do God’s work. To further punish for expressed opinions or facts, not actions alone! The intangible trumping the tangible only happens in nightmares and hellish totalitarianism.

Sooo, people such as myself, would be open to a ‘legitimate’ lawsuit, because of the facts I express about abortion!?

Such as: 1- Suction Abortion…the infant out of her/his mother at 29 times the power of an household vacuum cleaner. Ripping the baby to pieces into a trash container!

2 – D&C: inserting a sharp looped knife is inserted and the mad Dr. can do his/her more satisfying blood sacrifice to the gods of depravity; *using suction for ‘clean-out’!

3 – D&E: inserting forceps grabbing and twisting the baby into pieces! Too large a head will be crushed! *

4 – Saline Injection: 20% salt solution is injected into amniotic fluid. This burns the child’s skin off; then dies of salt poisoning, dehydration and brain hemorrhaging.

5 – Chemical: starving the baby to death. This one can be reversed, if mom begins APR, a protocol using progesterone in an effort to counteract the effects of the first abortion pill when a woman changes her mind after starting a chemical abortion.

In the Spirit of ’76; in the sentiments of Patrick Henry and Samuel Adams: anything unConstitutional (everything Biblically unsound or immoral is unConstitutional); must be rejected!
