Yes, the DAN KLINGERMAN DATA CENTER is being proposed at the site of a peaceful cornfield in Muncy, along the Susquehanna River, nestled among family homes, a senior living community, a daycare center, and historic Native American grounds.
Dan Klingerman's DANKO has laid aside his history of giving to our community and has taken advantage of the turmoil and difficulties of his Lycoming County neighbors to rush in to make a profit. One website states Klingerman's The Liberty Group believes "people are the most important aspect of any project." Well, the people of the Muncy area are appealing to you to reconsider putting a data center in our back yards. Ask yourself, "Does this fit in this quiet neighborhood of farmland and families? Is this the best I can do? Do I really want to inflict unrelenting noise, drought, air pollution, and higher electric bills on my Lycoming County neighbors?"
Please respect our quality of life and consider the impact this will have on our entire community--the very community you have previously given to so generously.
Be a true HOMETOWN HERO instead of a VILLAIN. Give us LIBERTY from this monstrous data center.
