While Trump is hosting a sumptuous dinner party at Mar-a-Lago for his wealthy friends, 42 million Americans who rely on SNAP will go hungry because Trump refuses to release funds that are available. During the shutdown, he refused to talk to Democrats who wished to protect SNAP and the tax incentives under Obamacare, without which 7.3 million Americans will see their health insurance costs rise significantly.
