Vote for Neuman

I’m voting for Brandon Neuman because he has extensive experience presiding over exactly the types of cases that would go to the PA Superior Court. Cases involving a wide range of legal issues, including criminal convictions, contract disputes, property disputes, custody issues, and more. Judge Neuman is serving in his eighth year as Judge on the Washington County Court of Common Pleas. He was elected on both Democratic and Republican ballots in this traditionally conservative county because his community knew that he was someone who would be fair and impartial on the ...

We love you, Mr. President

After trying to wrap my brain around the radical views of the left, I am strongly convinced that they are vehemently jealous of President Trump. This jealousy has turned into unyielding hatred. How can you explain the radical left wanting criminals to stay in their cities? Could it be Trump Derangement Syndrome? The radical left are so jealous of the huge successes President Trump has made for our country, because it makes the Democrats look like total failures. Every monumental success, President Trump accomplishes, the radical left strongly disapprove. They have tried everything in ...

Garbage

Regarding the Oct. 21 letter to editor titled “A version of recycling” —I’m surprised that you would print such garbage. During the invasion of our southern border in the Biden administration, Florida and Texas needed help dealing with illegal immigrants, so they sent some of them to sanctuary sites who felt that Florida and Texas should have to deal with it all. Now, Florida and Texas are helping to process these illegals and criminals for deportation, and kudos to them for it. We have to make life safer. The writer’s evaluation of this is typical left-wing lack of ...

John Adams

In 1800, John Adams, the second President of the United States, wrote a letter to his wife on the day he moved into the White House. He wrote “I pray Heaven to bestow the best of blessings on this House and all that shall hereafter inhabit it. May none but honest and wise men ever rule under this roof.” How far we’ve strayed! In God we trust

I had an individual accuse me of proselytizing. I gladly accept the charge, however; I was only sharing America’s Godly Christian Heritage; and how our Founders relied on Prayer to The God of The Bible. They looked to Him, in every situation, realizing nations not having a strong moral fabric, will not prosper, or live in Liberty or peace. A nation without the fear of God cannot self-govern! Simply acknowledging His existence, as The Provider and Creator of everything, brings the humility necessary for self-governance to succeed. Christianity is the only religion which allows for a ...

Protect our community banks

As a banker in tune with public policy, I closely followed the developments with the GENIUS Act that passed Congress on a bi-partisan basis and was signed by President Trump earlier this year. I was pleased to see the bill strike a balance between establishing America as the global leader in crypto and protecting our existing banking system. Unfortunately, a loophole has been found in the GENIUS Act that could cripple banks and small towns across the Commonwealth. The GENIUS Act includes a ban on stablecoin issuers providing interest, yield, or other financial incentives to stablecoin ...
