An unusual state

Pennsylvania is an unusual state in the way legislation is passed. The politicians can introduce a bill, it can be heard in a day or two, and it can pass out of committee immediately to be put up for a vote. It’s not a very transparent process. It’s a real inside club where the lobbyists, especially the lobbyists for the ticket camera companies, get in there, they can put the fix in, and there’s no chance for the people to have any say in this. We have one political party in America. It’s called the Republican Party. There used to be two, however, the other party lost its way or morphed into what can only be a cross between socialism and fascism. One only has to consider what they have done over the past three years while in power. President Trump betrayed his oath of office by pretending not to understand his job.
