The field is officially set for the 2024 Little League Home Run Derby as the top four finisihers at both the East and West Region finals earned a trip to South Williamsport in both the baseball and softball fields.
The event is scheduled to take place at Volunteer Stadium on Thursday, Aug. 22, at 5 p.m. and will be aired on ESPN on Friday, Aug. 23 at 7 p.m.
This marks the sixth year of the Little LEague Home Run Derby and the fourth straight year it will be held at Volunteer Stadium during the Little League World Series.
This year's finals were held at T-Mobile Park in Seattle, Washington (West Region) and Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri on July 28 (East Region).
Representing the softball division are Montoursville's Trinity Belle; Lake Mary, Florida's Addison Bono; Warren County Girls Softball of Front Royal, Virginia's Gabriella Gibson; Washoe Little League of Reno, Nevada's Reese Matter; Byron Township Little League of Byron Center, Michigan's Emmeline Moore; Sante Fe, New Mexico's Karolina Ruiz; Marana, Arizona's Sophia Silverstein; and Ponytail Softball Little League of Sierra Vista, Arizona's Mia Zuniga.
Representing the baseball division are Montgomery Little League/Tri-Town's Lyle Huggler; Lake Mary, Florida's Landon Bono; Peccole Little League of Las Vegas, Nevada's Jacob Justice; Lake Oswego, Oregon's Charlie LeBlanck; Mount Pleasant/Union Township, Michigan's Gunnar Maney; Washoe Little League of Reno, Nevada's Matthew Rivas; Huntington West Little League of Huntington Beach, California's Elijah Saldana; and Fairfax, Virginia's Jack Shaw.
