The Warriors have now won five straight baseball games for the first time since becoming Lycoming College in 1947, as the team surpassed four game winning streaks enjoyed by the 1957 and 1965 squads.

Lindsey capped off a Warrior rally from, drilling a single to left center to score senior first baseman Danny DeLucas with the winning run after the team was down four runs in the 6-5 win.

King's led 4-0 after two and a half innings before Lycoming manufactured a run in the third inning when senior right fielder Jake Schilling singled through the left side, stole second, took third on a passed ball and scored on a sac fly from DeLucas.

After King's got another unearned run in the fourth inning, the Warriors rallied behind Lindsey, who doubled to lead off. Junior pitcher A.J. Llorente, a Montoursville graduate, singled up the middle. Junior left fielder Josh Bottger followed with an RBI single down the left field line. After a fielder's choice, junior catcher Nick Hoheb delivered a bases-clearing triple that got past a diving fielder. A sac fly from Schilling tied the game. Junior center fielder Nick Reeder, a Montoursville graduate, followed with the 100th hit of his career, becoming the first Warrior to reach the milestone, but a strikeout ended the inning.

From there, both teams traded zeroes for the next four frames before DeLucas singled with one out in the ninth. Freshman Kaden Shay, a South Williamsport graduate, followed with a bunt single, setting up Lindsey's game-ending hit.
