FAIRFAX, Va. - With five Lycoming College baseball players posting at least two hits in the program's first postseason game, fifth-seeded Lycoming kept pressure on the fourth-seeded Catholic University of America all game, but fell, 10-3, in the opening round of the Landmark Conference Championship at Patriot Park North on Tuesday afternoon.

The Warriors (21-20 overall) fall into the elimination bracket of the championship and will face the loser of the game between No. 2 Elizabethtown and No. 3 Scranton on Friday, May 9, at 6 p.m., at Penn Medicine Park in Lancaster, Pa. Catholic (24-16 overall) and No. 1 Wilkes will play in a winner's bracket game at 2:30 p.m., on Friday after the Elizabethtown and Scranton game at 11 a.m.
