Jakob Rager of the Lock Haven men’s indoor track and field team was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Indoor Track Athlete of the Week, the conference office announced on Tuesday.

The Bald Eagles opened the New Year by sending athletes to the Nittany Lion Open (Penn State) and River Hawk Invite (Susquehanna) on Saturday, Jan. 17.

The Bald Eagles returned to competition for the first time since Dec. 6 (Bison Open & Multi), which kicked off the 2025-26 indoor track and field season.

Rager competed at the Nittany Lion Open, hosted by NCAA DI Penn State University, where he earned a pair of PSAC qualifying marks in both the 3,000m (8:41.59) and the mile (4:22.09).

The Bald Eagles return to competition on Saturday, Jan. 24 and will travel to Bucknell to compete in the Gulden Invite.
