Rebira Jemana scored 13, LJ Tucker 10 and Cortland Michaels nine, helping the Dragons (9-4, 4-0 HAC-II) stay undefeated in league play.
Loyalsock cut a 13-point second half deficit to one in the fourth quarter before Southern Columbia stopped the comeback and won, 57-50. The Tigers (10-2, 4-0 HAC-III) surged in the second quarter, going ahead for good after Loyalsock led 14-7 entering that quarter. Despite giving up six points to forfeits, five bonus-point victories – including four pins – helped Warrior Run scrape past Towanda, 40-35, on the road Wednesday night. From 160 to 215, the Defenders didn’t see the second period, with Reagan Milheim (160), Tyler Ulrich (189), Blake Walker (215) and Noah Johnson (285) all posting first-period pins. Tyler Walburn added a 16-6 major decision at 114, and Kael Majcher and Chase Wirnsberger won by forfeit to help combat Warrior Run’s three missing weight classes.
