Montoursville’s Winslow named first-team in three events in HAC-II
Montoursville’s Bryce Winslow established himself throughout the season and district meet as one of the area’s top sprinters. That hard work paid off with Winslow being named a first-team HAC-II all-star this year in three events to lead Montoursville’s all-star selections. Montoursville’s Aaron Runkle was named Co-Coach of the Year alongside Danville’s Jon Vella.
Winslow was named HAC-II first-team in the 100, 200 and 400. He was the only Montoursville athlete to garner first-team accolades. Montoursville’s Cameron Cintron was a second-team all-star in the 300 hurdles and Noah Rakestraw earned second-team honors in the shot put. Montoursville saw Cintron (110 hurdles and high jump), Winslow (300 hurdles), Christian Banks (long jump) and Ryan Williams (pole vault) earn honorable mention nods.
Montoursville’s 1,600 relay earned first-team honors and the Warriors’ 400 relay team earned second-team honors.
Lewisburg’s Justin Nolt was a first-team all-star selection, garnering honors in the 1,600. Lewisburg’s Rebira Jemama earned first-team accolades in the triple jump and Lewisburg’s 3,200 relay team garnered first-team accolades.
Lewisburg’s Jemama (high jump) and Caden Frake (discus) were second-team all-stars while Nolt (3,200) earned honorable mention honors.
Milton’s Cole Rhodes (long jump) was a first-team all-star and also earned second-team honors in the 100 and triple jump. Milton’s Joseph Nietling was a second-team all-star in the 110 hurdles and Lucas Shearer earned second-team honors in the pole vault. Milton’s Blaze Kozicki was an honorable mention selectin in the shot put and Milton’s 400 relay team earned honorable mention accolades.
