For the third straight year, the Lycoming College women's lacrosse team earned a spot as an Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches’ Association Academic Honor Squad while a record seven Warriors earned a slot on the organization’s honor roll.
To qualify for the Academic Honor Squad, athletes must carry a 3.5 cumulative GPA and have reached at least junior academic standing.
Junior Haley Balgavy, senior Anna Glantz, junior Maddie Kracker, junior Mychaela McDowell, senior Autumn Shahan, junior Sarah Spring (a Williamsport graduate) and junior Molly Strayer earned honor squad accolades.
To qualify for the Academic Honor Squad award, the women’s lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year. 357 collegiate programs earned the honor, including Drew, Elizabethtown, Susquehanna, Scranton, Catholic and Wilkes in the Landmark Conference.
The Warriors finished 4-12 overall and 1-8 in the Landmark Conference under second-year head coach Meaghan Smith in 2026.
