Several Sun-Gazette area football players across the region achieved impressive personal career milestones last weekend as the high school regular season concluded.
Jersey Shore quarterback Nolen Pauling reached the biggest number among all the honored players, topping 6,000 total career yards and 70 touchdowns. The junior signal caller has 4,511 yards passing, achieved the past two years, 1,628 rushing yards and 43 touchdown passes, to go along with 27 rushing scores. He has generated 6,139 yards the past three years.
Pauling also reached 300 career completions after throwing for 353 yards and four touchdowns in Jersey Shore’s 53-27 win against Central Mountain.
Staying in the quarterback department, Williamsport junior Tevin Williams went over 3,000 career total yards after topping both 100 passing and rushing yards in a 42-34 win against Wilkes-Barre. Like Pauling, Williams has more than 3,000 career passing and 1,000 rushing yards, throwing for 3,004 and running for 1,657. Counting his receiving yards, Williams has produced 4,848 yards and 58 touchdowns during his high school career.
Muncy sophomore quarterback Noah Weikle threw for 139 yards and three touchdowns in a 31-13 win at Hughesville, going over 1,000 yards in his career. Weikle has produced all but 947 of those yards this year, also running for 264 yards and four touchdowns.
On the rushing side, South Williamsport’s Garrett Lorson joined teammates Cade Lusk and Eli White as career 1,000-yard rushers after running for 183 yards and scoring four touchdowns in a 49-14 win at Central Columbia. All three are underclassmen and Lorson a sophomore. All three have gone over 500 yards this season and Lorson has accumulated 1,177 yards and 18 touchdowns in his two years.
Several area wide receivers continued big seasons and reached their own milestones as well. That includes South wide receiver Levi Butler who joined Dylan Scheller as the only players in program history to reach 100 career catches.
Butler caught seven for 91 yards and a touchdown at Central, giving him 100 and tying him with Scheller for the program catch record. Butler did not play football until his junior season last year and his 100 catches these past two years are the most by any area receiver. He also became the 26th area player of the 2000s to reach the century mark for career catches.
Trey Damschroder continues climbing the 2000s catch leaderboard and the Williamsport senior tied Marcus Simmons for No. 2 on the program’s all-time list after a 68-yard, touchdown performance against Wilkes-Barre. Damschroder has caught 115 passes for 1,757 yards and only Jerah Reeves has more catches in Williamsport history.
Muncy’s Nate Rogers caught three touchdowns in his team’s win at Hughesville and also became the third Muncy player of the 2000s to reach 90 career catches. The senior receiver moved into second this century at Muncy, passing area touchdown pass leader Ross Eyer there, with 92 catches for 1,478 yards. Only Maurice Brown has more career catches at Muncy.
Jersey Shore’s Carter Rhinehart not only reached 1,000 yards this season, becoming the first District 4 player to do so in 2026, but also caught his 80th career pass in that win against Central Mountain. Despite missing 2 ½ games this year, Rhinehart, a junior, now has 84 career receptions for 1,413 yards and 14 touchdowns. He joined Stanton Westlin, Cayden Hess and Evan Snyder as 1,000-yard Jersey Shore receivers in the 2000s.
Montoursville’s Brayden Burkett caught four passes for 102 yards and a touchdown in his team’s 49-14 win against Loyalsock, reaching 60 career catches. The junior receiver, who also has six interceptions this year, is 10th among area players in catches this season and has 60 for 819 yards in his three years.
South kicker Kaiden Paulhamus not only concluded a perfect regular season at Central but also became the first Mountie kicker this century to reach 90 career points. The junior kicker is 55 of 55 on extra-point tries this season and has 92 points in his two years of kicking at South.
Montoursville kicker Brent Crawford also has an impressive streak going, making 31 consecutive extra points. A full-time kicker for the first time this season, Crawford has not missed since his first attempt was off the mark in Week 2. He also now has 40 career points.
Brayden Ungard became Williamsport’s third kicker this century to reach 80 career points after going 6 for 6 on extra points against Wilkes-Barre. Ungard did not play football until last season and has 82 points, trailing only Angelo Girardi and Connor Poole at Williamsport. He also has an area-best seven field goals the past two years.
