At the rain-impacted PHAC Track and Field Championships at Bloomsburg on Saturday, both local seniors trailed in the latter portion of their respective races – Diakite in the 110-meter hurdles and Shaner in the 1,600. Sanders sisters break three combined PHAC records, as Williamsport girls run away with league gold

BLOOMSBURG - Heading into Saturday’s PHAC Track and Field Championships, Williamsport junior Madeline Sanders had other goals on top of pushing for league gold. She had breached 11 minutes in the 3,200-meter run on multiple occasions throughout the season, a time the league meet record hadn’t yet surpassed.
