Two charged with trafficking young girls

Jennifer L. Gibbs, 36, has been charged with eight counts of trafficking individuals, two counts of endangering children and other charges and Allen A. Frazier, 39, has been charged with six counts of trafficking individuals and other charges after an investigation by Williamsport police.
According to statements by police, the bureau's investigation focused on allegations that Gibbs, Frazier and another adult individual were grooming a 12-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl to perform sexual acts. During the course of the investigation officers say they discovered a pattern of conduct by Frazier and Gibbs to sexually exploit and traffic the two children for money and drugs.
Police allege that Frazier and Gibbs admitted to officers during an interview that he traded crack cocaine to Gibbs for access to the girls.
According to the bureau of police, Frazier, who is currently detained in State Prison on a parole violation, is expected to be arraigned on these charges within days, while Gibbs has already been arraigned.
