Lester Seamon, 66, of 3459 Quenshaque Road, Linden, has been jailed on charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after state police seized 27 ounces of marijuana, including four marijuana plants at his Anthony Township home on Oct. 13, according to court records. Following his recent arraignment before District Judge Kirsten Gardner, Seamon was jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.
