Harold L. Walburn, 88, of 855 Turkey Bottom Road, Muncy, has been charged with felony unlawful contact with a minor, indecent exposure and open lewdness after he "verbally contacted two teenage boys," both minors, and allegedly exposed himself in his SUV while the boys were fishing at Indian Park in Montoursville about 2:50 p.m. on April 28, borough police alleged in a court document. Following his arraignment before Whiteman, Walburn was released on $10,000 bail.
