Bob Dylan will bring his "Rough and Rowdy Ways" tour to the Community Arts Center in Williamsport on April 22. Tickets go on sale Friday, Feb. 7 at 10 a.m.
Capitol Lounge Members’ presale starts Thursday, February 6.
The concert in Williamsport is the last scheduled stop on the tour.
