Identity theft-related charges lodged against New York City man

Kevin C. Iurilli, 48, of Bronx, New York, has been jailed on felony charges after he stole a total of $7,897 from William Spencer’s checking account through three separate transactions at “multiple Journey Bank Bank branches in Lycoming County” in mid-October, state police alleged in an affidavit. Police said Iurilli was able to make the withdrawals from the account by presenting a forged Pennsylvania Driver’s license or a fraudulent identification card. It is also alleged that Iurilli stole $380 from Erin Oldham’s back account, police SAID. “Iurilli has warrants for forgery and identity theft throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as a failure to appear warrant out of West Lake, Ohio,” police said in the court document. Following his recent arraignment before District Kirsten Gardner three counts each of identity theft, forgery, theft by deception plus four counts of theft, Iurilli remains jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail. He has since waived his preliminary hearing.
