An estimated 24 residents in the neighborhood of Louisa Street and Dale Place  were without power Wednesday afternoon after a tractor-trailer truck pulled down several overhead wires with such force that it snapped a utility pole. A PPL crew was on the scene making repairs. Williamsport police and firefighters also responded to the scene.
