Robert Briggs II, 27, of 716 Main St., South Williamsport, faces charges after pulling down a juvenile’s bra “for his own sexual gratification” in the borough on July 7, it was alleged in a borough police affidavit. Police also allege that Briggs videoed the incident and posted it online. Following his arraignment before District Judge Gary Whiteman on felony charges of sexual abuse of a child and indecent assault, Briggs was initially jailed in the Lycoming County Prison, but has since been released on $40,000 bail. He waived his preliminary hearing this week.
