Already convicted twice of shoplifting, April Love Hill, 48, of 424 Rural Ave., Williamsport, has now been charged with the same felony offense after surveillance video recorded her stealing $1,237 worth of merchandise from the Weis store at 305 River Ave, in Loyalsock Township between April 14 and Aug. 7, state police alleged in an affidavit filed at the office of District Judge William Solomon. Following her arraignment Wednesday, Hill was released on $15,000 bail.
