The woman driving a Jeep 4×4 declined treatment for injuries she suffered when her vehicle and a Volkswagen Jetta collided on Interstate 180 West at the Faxon interchange about 11:30 a.m. Monday, state police said. The second driver was not hurt, police said.

While one lane remained opened, the 11:30 a.m. crash on I-180 West in Loyalsock Township on Monday still caused westbound traffic to back up for more than a mile until the wreckage was cleared.
