The state police a currently looking for a possibly armed suspect in connection with a robbery that occurred near the McDonald’s in Wolf Township near Hughesville on Tuesday morning, according to a news release from the state police.

An employee from the McDonald’s was attempting to make a deposit in the bank around 6 a.m., when he was approached by a thin build male wearing a black hoodie. The male had a knife and demanded the money deposit bag, the news release said.

There is no immediate threat to the public and the robbery is being investigated by the state police, the news release added.
