FAMvest and the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce will be holding a public open house on Sunday March 1 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm to share with the general public details on FAMvest’s redevelopment of the former Lycoming Mall, now The District at Lycoming Valley, it was announcedin a news release. It will be held in the former Best Buy location and the public is encouraged to come out to hear about new businesses coming to The District.

Representatives from FAMvest, the developer leading the development at The District, will be in attendance to speak about the businesses that they have committed to being there including Bass Pro Shop. They will have available for viewing the Bass Pro Shop Final Subdivision plan awaiting signature from the supervisors along with the Land Development Plan that has been submitted to the Muncy Township for review. The Land Development Plan will show detail such as the building size and scale for the Bass Pro Shop along with associated signage.

In addition to hearing from FAMvest, you’ll hear from local elected officials including Senator Yaw, Representative Hamm and the Lycoming County Commissioners along with representatives from Muncy School District, the news release added.
