The man who was shot and killed Monday afternoon at Memorial Avenue and Lloyd Street in the city was Nasir Kramer, 18, of Williamsport, according to Lycoming County Coroner Charles E. Kiessling Jr.

Shot about 2:50 p.m., Kramer died in the emergency room at UPMC Williamsport, Kiessling said. An autopsy done Monday revealed the teen died of “multiple gunshot wounds,” Kiessling said.

Two other men shot with Kramer are recovering from their wounds.

Several attempts to reach a city police spokesman on Monday were unsuccessful. No arrest has yet been made.
