Amber Lee Koch, 30, of 121 Long Lane, Jersey Shore, has been arrested and jailed on five misdemeanor counts of indecent assault for allegedly having inappropriate contact in Nippenose Township with a female acquaintance who was a minor at the time on various occasions between June and September of last year, according to state police. Koch also faces five counts of harassment plus one count each of unlawful contact with a minor, indecent exposure and corrupting the morals of a minor. Arraigned before District Judge Denise Dieter, Koch was denied bail and incarcerated in the county prison.
