Faith Niesha Woods, 23, of 13 ½ W. Fourth St., Williamsport, has been charged with prostitution after she propositioned two undercover state troopers, offering to accept $400 each from them in exchange for sexual favors at West Fourth and William streets in the city on June 9, it was alleged in a criminal complaint filed at Biichle's office.
At the time of her apprehension, she had a small amount of marijuana in her possession. Charged with possession of a controlled substance, Woods has since waived her preliminary hearing and is free on $5,000 bail.
