Despite there being a protection from abuse order filed against him by a former girlfriend, Brandon Allen Leslie-Sweat continued stalking the woman and sending her threatening text messages to her in mid-September in the 800 block of West Fourth Street, Williamsport police alleged in court documents. Following a recent preliminary hearing before District Judge Christian Frey, the 29-year-old Leslie-Sweet, of 15 Gail Lane, Hughesville, was held for court on charges of stalking, simple assault, loitering and harassment. Denied bail, he remains in the county prison.
