Kayle Lynn Green, 19, of Muncy. has been charged with corrupting the morals of minors, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a disturbance outside her home in which she allegedly encouraged smoking marijuana to a group of juveniles about 5;50 a.m. on Aug. 9 , it was stated in a state police court document. When a trooper approached the scene, Green was yelling on her cellphone "I know, we are smoking pot. Is that a problem," it was stated in an affidavit. There were at least five juveniles in a Ford Escape while Green was standing next to the car, police said.

"It was obvious most of the juveniles were under the influence of alcohol or marijuana" or both police said. Green then began screaming and yelling obscenities at her mother who came out of the house where Green lives, police added.

The trooper had to tell Green three times to stop shouting, police said, adding that the teenager resisted when the trooper attempted to handcuff her. Green has since waived her preliminary hearing before District Judge Kirsten Gardner and is free on $5,000 bail.
